As we move into Alert Level 3, a reminder that NorthWest Shopping Centre must remain closed.
Under Alert Level 3, some contactless services can be carried out. Please see below NorthWest retailers that will be providing contactless services during Alert Level 3 and a reminder to continue practicing safe distancing when visiting.

Open for contactless takeaway collection only, Mon- Fri 7am-2pm, Sat – Sun 8am-2pm.
Online orders can be made on apps ‘Regulr’ and ‘On the Go’. Payment is also available over the phone via PayMaster.

From Tuesday 28th April, you can purchase and collect from your local Backdoor store. Simply browse the Backdoor Surf website to find what you’re after, then call your local store to confirm availability and organise contactless payment & collection. Online shopping with contactless delivery is also available.

Hardy’s Health Store, Click & Collect only in main carpark
Customers can call in-store and pay for their order over the phone. Click and Collection point is in the NorthWest main carpark by the McDonalds Foodcourt entrance. Call when you arrive and the Hardys team can put your order in your boot – no contact required!
