We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service superstar to join our friendly team.
Based at the Customer Service Kiosk, the key purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.
General tasks include:
- Giving customer general directions of the centre
- Providing knowledge on the shopping centre and providing accurate information to retailers and customers alike
- Selling gift cards
- Hiring out mobility equipment
- Supporting centre promotion
We are looking for someone warm, friendly and outgoing, who is comfortable with engaging with people from all walks of life.
Ideally you will be self-motivated, have a willingness to work in a team environment, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to think on your feet. Perfect for someone local looking to return to the workforce in a part time capacity.
Previous experience in a customer service or a people-based role is a must. Computer literacy and previous computer service experience would be beneficial. Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.
Hours of work:
Monday & Tuesday: 11am – 6.15pm
Friday: 10am – 7.15pm
