Your mission is to provide customers with our “CARE” service philosophy as well as making sure that we are one of the best retailers in the world! You are responsible for achieving your store’s budgeted revenue and profitability goals, as well as ensuring a ridiculously high level of customer satisfaction. In addition you will do it in a way that promotes the Amazon brand, ethos, and way of life.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment
• Experience in a strong customer focused position
• Knowledge of computerised POS systems

Key Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a wide range of staff and customers
• Decision making skills demonstrating sound judgement and initiative
• Self motivated with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Drive and energy displayed to inspire others
