Late Night, Date Night will run from 5pm – 9pm every Thursday night from June 9 – July 28.

Take your receipt to the Customer Services Kiosk (located between Pascoes and Walker & Hall) to receive your unique entry code.

Food retailers include: Habitual Fix, Hungry Wok, Jamaica Blue, Jamies Café, Katsubi, Kebabs Istanbul, Kiwi Grill, Mad Mex, Majestic Tea Bar, McDonalds, Muffin Break, Pita Pit, Smart Sushi, Spice Traders, Tank Juice Bar, The Carvery, The Coffee Club, The Food Crew, Wendy’s Supa Sundaes.

Minimum spend is $10. Winner drawn at random at midday on Monday 1st August. Entrants have until Sunday 31st July to enter online using their unique code.

Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents. Employees of the Promoter and any agency involved with this promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 5:00pm on 9 June 2016 and closes at 9:00pm on 28 July 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the promotion, during the Promotional Period:
5. Spend $10 or more in single transaction at any participating NorthWest Food Retail store (“Eligible Purchase”); and
6. Present your receipt or proof of purchase to be stamped at the Customer Service Kiosk to receive your unique code; and
7. Enter your unique code and complete the online entry form at www.nzdatenight.co.nz
8. Each unique code is only valid for one entry. Only one code will be provided for each Eligible Purchase.
9. A full list of participating stores is available at the Customer Service Kiosk, NorthWest Shopping Centre. Only Food Retailers are included in this promotion.
10. The winner will be determined by a random draw, which will take place on 1 August 2016. The winner will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries submitted during the Promotional Period. In the event that an ineligible entry is drawn or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 5 business days of the Prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original Prize draw.
11. The winner will be contacted by phone on 1 August 2016, using the phone number details that are provided on the online entry form.
12. The winner must be able to validate the unique code that they received from the Customer Service Kiosk resulting from an Eligible Purchase during the promotional period. They must do this by presenting their stamped receipt or proof of purchase in order to be eligible to redeem their prize.
13. The prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
14. The Promoter is NorthWest Shopping Centre, 1-7 Fred Taylor Drive, Westgate, Auckland, New Zealand.

Terms & Conditions (Travel)

1. Prize includes return flights for two to Queenstown and two nights’ accommodation.
2. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other STA Travel or third party discounts or special offers. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18 the winner must take as their travel companion, a parent or legal guardian.
3. Spending money, meals, travel taxes, travel insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner.
4. Airline and hotel is subject to booking availability and blackout periods may apply. The airline travelled on will be at the discretion of STA Travel.
5. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. Prize must be booked at least 6 weeks before departure date, last date to book is 31/10/16. Travel is exempt during school holidays. All travel must be completed within 12 months.
7. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
