It’s time to train some more Kiwi Bubble Tea Specialists! Noah’s Ark Teahouse has recently opened at NorthWest and they’re looking for a bobarista to join their team!

Job Summary
What is a “Bobarista”? A Jane/Jack of all trades, including making the best milk teasin Noah’s Ark tea house, customer service, receiving, stocking, and light cleaning. Have outstanding people skills, love interacting with fellow tea lovers. Attention to detail, energetic, responsible with great attitude and the willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our mission is to bridge cultures and change the way people drink about bubble/boba tea. We do this through our thoughtfully crafted drinks, snacks, and next-level customer service.

Job responsibilities include
• Input orders into Point of Sale system and collect payment from customer.
• Prepare beverages and other menu items consistently at the request of the
customer in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standard of the Noah’s Ark teahouse.
• Clean table, floor, machine, powder containers, syrup bottles, shelf, tea
station, fridges, sink, wall, pots and tea pots throughout the day in
accordance with health safely requirements.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Set up, stock and maintain work areas.
• Have complete knowledge of all products and the ability to effectively
communicate product information, ingredients and preparation techniques to the customers.
• Maintain professionalism and a calm demeanour during periods of high
volume or unusual events.
• Work respectfully as part of a team.
• Able to communicate effectively in a fast paced environment with both the
customers and fellow team members.
• Great customer service and listening skills.
Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
