We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at NorthWest Shopping Centre for weekend hours.
Based at the Customer Service Kiosk, the key purpose of this role is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.
General tasks include:
• Giving directions
• Providing knowledge on the shopping centre
• Selling gift cards
• Hiring out mobility equipment
Previous experience in a customer service or a people-based role is a must. Computer literacy and previous computer service experience would be beneficial. Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous. Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone warm, friendly and outgoing, who is comfortable talking to strangers. Ideally you will be self-motivated, have a willingness to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Hours required are:
Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday 9:45am – 5:45pm
With potential for more during school holidays.
