Store Manager Wanted at Backdoor Surf
We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional retail management skills to fill the Manager role in our Northwest Store.
Drawing on your genuine interest in the surf and/or skate industry, you will be responsible for managing the store and extending our customer network.
To fill this challenging role, you will have a strong background in clothing or hardware retail store management with a focus on people, sales and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be a positive role model, reliable and flexible, driven, someone who leads by example, and enjoys a hands-on role.
The strengths we require are:
- Experience in retail management overseeing several staff
- Surf or skate hardware knowledge a must
- Ability to lead, motivate, communicate and inspire your team
- High standard of customer service skills
- Passionate about sales in both apparel and hardware
- Sales driven with a desire to exceed targets
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of people
- Conflict and problem resolution skills
- Strong visual merchandiser
Availability:
- Days of work: Tuesday – Saturday (full days)
- Starting mid-June
