We are currently seeking a part time Customer Service Super Star to join our team.

Work days would be Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the potential to pick up further shifts when team cover is needed.

This is a fixed term position from the end of August to the end of October 2022, to cover a team members period of leave. Based at the Customer Service Desk, the key purpose of the Customer Service role is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.

We are looking for someone who is confident, friendly, outgoing and really cares about helping people. Ideally you will be self-motivated, have a willingness to work alone and in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.

Previous experience in a customer service or a people-based role is preferred. Computer literacy and previous computer experience would be beneficial. Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous.

Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
