Summary of core tasks and responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and a lively attitude by adhering to Pita Pit customer service philosophy. Ensure opening procedures are completed according to daily routine checklist and when called upon to do so
• Rotate and restock products according to the daily routine checklist
• Clean areas according to the daily routine checklist and strive to maintain an excellent standard according to the Pita Pit Evaluation system
• Prepare food to maintain par levels according to the daily preparation list
• Ensure closing procedures are completed according to daily routine checklist when called upon to do so
• Follow all other necessary steps to ensure the daily routine checklist is
completed
