Getting Here

Getting here is easy whether it’s by car, bus or cycle. We believe the best entrance to our Centre is via Gunton Drive. See below for further directions.

NorthWest offers 1100 free parking spaces including designated disabled, click and collect and parents-with-prams parking spaces.

We offer lift access from the rooftop carpark to the ground level of the centre – access is available inside the upper level Woolworths entrance and in the middle of the rooftop carpark above Customer Service.

The main carpark can be accessed from Gunton Drive.

The Town Square is a no park zone, and cars will be ticketed by Auckland Transport and Auckland Council, who own and monitor the Westgate Town Square. The best parking for the restaurants is at the main carpark (the middle of the shopping centre is open for thoroughfare until 9pm) or at Level 1, accessed by the ramps where Maki St and the Square are a staircase away.

Note: Because NorthWest is still considered new, the maps in our area are being updated frequently as new roads are created and opened.
