We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.
Based at the Customer Service Kiosk, the key purpose of this role is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.
General tasks include:
- Giving directions
- Providing knowledge on the shopping centre
- Selling gift cards
- Hiring out mobility equipment
We are looking for someone warm, friendly and outgoing, who is comfortable talking to strangers. Weekend work is required, with an average of 20-25 hours week.
Usual shifts will be:
- Mon – Wed 10am – 2pm
- Sat 8.45am – 6.15pm
- Sun 11am – 3pm
Ideally you will be self-motivated, have a willingness to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or a people-based role is a must. Computer literacy and previous computer service experience would be beneficial. Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous. Full training will be provided.
